She goes gothic! – Sydney Sweeney at ‘Immaculate’ Premiere During Beyond Fest in Los Angeles

At the Los Angeles premiere of her new film Immaculate, the 26-year-old actress donned an elaborate blouse and high-waisted black wide-leg slacks.

Sweeney’s top resembled an art piece wrapped around her torso. The bright white sculpture was incorporated into a bouquet that covered her breast and stomach, with miniature peek-a-boo elements in the center. The lowest two arms displayed on the top are wrapped around her waist, clutching the flowers.

The Anyone But You actress focused her emphasis on the delicate top, wearing merely a pair of little huggie hoop earrings.

She styled her new bob with a smooth back and wet hair appearance. Her makeup was minimal, with a delicate white shimmering eyeshadow and a light nude lipstick.

The Euphoria star unveiled her new hairstyle at the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty on Sunday night. She wore a vintage cream-colored Marc Bouwer gown, which Angelina Jolie wore at the 2004 Oscars.

Sweeny spoke with PEOPLE a few days before the Sunday event about her new style mantra.

“I honestly just vibe with whatever event’s going on,” Sweeney told PEOPLE. “It’s always a little bit different.”

“That’s the fun part about it all; it’s like playing dress up. It gets bored doing the same thing over and over.”

Although the actress enjoys playing “dress-up,” she declined to say whether she will attend one of fashion’s greatest evenings, the 2024 Met Gala. “Maybe, maybe not,” she joked. “I might be working.”

“We’re trying to figure it out, so we’ll see,” she explained.

Regarding her upcoming film Immaculate, she revealed that she got the opportunity to fulfill some of her family members’ fantasies by flying her grandparents to Italy.

“They had never gone to Europe. My grandmother’s goal was to travel to Italy – she had never left the country before.” She also disclosed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that she cast the two in the film, saying, “They were, like, little old nuns in there.”
