Recently, Sabrina Carpenter opened for Taylor Swift during her 26-date Eras Tour dates. She also recently thought back on the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and the “magic” of the “Cruel Summer” singer.
Carpenter posted a carousel of pictures from her time on Swift’s insanely popular program on Instagram on Saturday, March 23. “That’s a wrap for us on the eras tour :’),” she said. “Sitting at home reflecting on what a whirlwind this was and how very honored I feel to have been part of it.”
The 24-year-old singer of “Feather” expressed gratitude to the audience for “being so welcoming and generous” and the crew for “being so hardworking and talented.”
Notably, Carpenter added a back-of-the-head photo of Swift and herself during their trip to the Sydney Zoo in the fourth image.
“And the most thank you’s I’ve ever thank you’d to Taylor,” she said. I am so fortunate to be able to experience the beauty of you and this tour. There just isn’t and never will be anyone like you! I shall always treasure this Taybrina era (and all the eras) since I love you so much.”
In the comments, Instagram fans applauded Carpenter; one user wrote, “BEST OPENING ACT THE ERAS TOUR COULD HAVE.”
With the reply, “Can’t wait for you to have your own stadium 🩷,” another fan boosted her confidence.
Another user commented, “No nonsense, you CRUSHED it girlie ,” in the meantime.
Carpenter got to perform with pop sensation Swift in addition to opening for her during her early 2024 tour. Swift’s acoustic portion of her concert featured a duet of “White Horse” and “Coney Island” that they sang after Carpenter’s opening act was postponed due to bad weather.
