Taylor’s Rhode Island neighbors were recently revealed to be dissatisfied with the development going on surrounding her beachside home. The project entails fixing a seawall and resetting pebbles at the base of the hill beneath her house.

Laura Dwyer, a spokeswoman for the CRMC, told The Sun, “They are doing just what they said they would be doing.” She added that none of the changes should affect access to the public beach for surfers.
