Blake Lively was a bride again as she filmed a stunning wedding scene for A Simple Favor 2 in Capri, Italy, as seen exclusively by DailyMail.com.
The sequel will see Lively’s character Emily Nelson marry a wealthy Italian businessman, and photos have emerged of the lavish ceremony, which includes an arc of colorful flowers towering above the on-screen couple as they say ‘I do.’
In the first photographs from the set of the film, Lively, 36, who is married to actor Ryan Reynolds in real life, was seen’marrying’ gorgeous actor Michele Morrone, 33, in a beautiful lakeside ceremony.
Lively’s wedding gown had a plunging neckline, floral embellishments, a dramatic length, and an unending veil that flowed across the pink carpet.
Her hair was delicately fashioned in an updo, with a few white blossoms nestled into her bun.
She gently cupped Michele’s cheek with her gloved hand as they exchanged vows in front of their guests.
Attendees stood as they watched the ‘ceremony’ begin.
Anna Kendrick, who plays Stephanie Smothers, appeared to be playing a bridesmaid as she carried a little bouquet of white flowers.
She looked stunning in a lovely floral print gown, with her hair worn in loose waves.
The black tie celebration featured tuxedos and gorgeous outfits, as well as a live orchestra.
Blake beaming with joy as she stood at the altar before her ‘groom’, who listened closely as she appeared to say her vows.
Paul Feig, who directed the 2018 dark comedy A Simple Favor, returns to direct the sequel.
According to a synopsis, A Simple Favor 2 sees ‘the return of Stephanie Smothers (Kendrick) and Emily Nelson (Lively) as they head to the beautiful island of Capri, Italy, for Emily’s extravagant wedding to a rich Italian businessman.

‘Along with the glamorous guests, expect murder and betrayal to RSVP for a wedding with more twists and turns than the road from the Marina Grande to the Capri town square,’ Variety revealed.
Kendrick, 37, is looking forward to the sequel, saying Stephanie has ‘got like a little bit more savvy in her,’ but’she’s still Stephanie at the end of the day,’ according to E! News.
‘I’ve actually read the script now,’ the actress told the outlet, ‘and it’s so good.’
Henry Golding, Andrew Rannells, Bashir Salahuddin, Joshua Satine, Ian Ho, and Kelly McCormack all reprise their roles from the first film.
Amazon MGM Studios announced last month that the second film, co-produced by Lions Gate, will begin filming this spring and will be available on Prime Video.

The original film, A Simple Favor, was published in 2018 and is based on Darcey Bell’s book of the same name.
It follows Stephanie, a quirky single mom YouTuber who is trying to integrate into her Connecticut town while feeling lonely.
She feels something is missing in her life, but then she meets Emily, a stunning woman who lives in a modern mansion, has a fantastic career, and has an amazing fashion sense.
But then Emily vanishes, and Stephanie begins investigating her past, which is really questionable.
Lionsgate earned about $100 million globally with the film, which received mostly positive reviews.
