Beyoncé and Jay-Z are preparing for Blue Ivy Carter to follow in their footsteps, with her tour performances apparently meticulously arranged.

Blue Ivy, 11, the eldest of the couple’s three daughters, has recently joined her mother Beyoncé, 41, on stage during the latter’s Renaissance tour in Europe.

She appeared alongside her mother at a concert in Paris last month and again in London.

According to reports, famed artists Beyoncé and her husband, 53, whose real name is Shawn Carter, are planning for their children to follow in their footsteps.

During the tour, a source recently informed Heat magazine that “Blue Ivy’s appearances on stage were meticulously planned out way in advance, and her mum was totally behind it.”

According to the site, Beyoncé is’ready to hand the torch down to the next generation,’ and she and Jay-Z are preparing their three children to ‘follow in their footsteps’.

According to a source, “Beyoncé [believes] Blue can be even more successful than she and Jay-Z have been, but she tries to manage expectations around it and do things step by step” .

Regarding the tour appearances, the source indicated that suggesting it was a “surprise” helped “ease the pressure” on Blue Ivy, despite the fact that she had trained for it.

The source told the newspaper that she was “prepped and put through her paces” during rehearsals and practice sessions at home and backstage on the Renaissance tour.

According to the source, Blue Ivy is still adjusting to stage performances and celebrity, with Beyoncé empowering her and Jay-Z “proud” of her as well.

She captioned a snapshot from the tour and two clips, “My darling first born. I’m incredibly proud and grateful to your mother. You bring us so much delight, my dear darling.”

The insider believes Blue Ivy, a Grammy Award winner, is “at the start of something special.”

Blue Ivy has previously collaborated with Beyoncé on stage, including the Renaissance tour. She performed alongside her at a concert at the Atlantis The Royal in Dubai earlier this year.
