‘It’s worth the wait’: Taylor Swift slips back into promo gear for her upcoming re-recorded album Red (Taylor’s Version) by appearing in a crimson dress and matching jewels in new video

Taylor Swift has been working hard to re-record six of her Grammy-winning albums after Scooter Braun owned and subsequently sold her music collection.

And, to get fans excited for the upcoming release of Red (Taylor’s Version), a re-recording of her 2012 album of the same name, the popstar has been dropping hints on social media throughout the summer.

With less than a month until the album’s release, Swift took to Instagram on Friday in a ruffled scarlet dress to provide a preview of Red’s revised title track.

’21 days til November 12 and I *promise* it’s worth the wait,’ she wrote in the caption of the video, in a reference to the release date.

The video contains a wealth of information for Swifties to analyze.

The singer-songwriter begins by flashing her infectious smile as she stares directly into the camera, followed by a cutesy nod and eye roll.

Swift wears a red dress with enormous red flower motifs on each shoulder, and her blonde hair is fashioned with major bangs and tied back into a ponytail.

There are then brief clips of various red goods, such as flowers, a spaghetti strap dress, shoes, decorations, accessories, additional shoes, and jackets.

It concludes with a peek at a crimson gift box wrapped with a bow.

Red (Taylor’s Version) is the second of six albums Swift intends to re-record and release in order to restore creative control of her music after her former record label, Big Machine, sold the masters to her first six albums ‘without her knowledge.’
