Sydney Sweeney enjoys being a puppy parent!

In an exclusive discussion with PEOPLE about her bond with Bai, the 26-year-old actress discusses how her canine companion helps her mental health.

“My dog, Tank, really is so important in my own self-care process,” adds Sweeney. “Whether it is just playing with her, taking her to the dog park or taking her on a walk, it just lets me take a moment and unplug from everything else.”

The Euphoria star adds she also likes to decompress by reading a good book. “Usually, I am reading. “I love to read,” she says.
