It was so funny.

Sydney Sweeney, who hosted “Saturday Night Live” this week, appeared in a humorous sketch in which she played a Hooters waitress who, despite her poor performance, made a lot of money – for some reason.

In the sketch, Chloe Fineman and Chloe Troast compare the tips they received after asking Sweeney how much she made.Sweeney, 26, says “$36,000” to the surprise of her coworkers.

“Is that low,” the actress says, as Fineman, 35, and Troast, 26, look stunned.

“I wouldn’t say low,” an irritated Fineman replies.

“Yeah, that’s pretty good, Tina,” Troast says, alluding to Sweeney’s character.

Bowen Yang enters at that point, complaining that it was “another bad day” after being tipped 12 cents and given a note that said, “You ruined my day.”

Sweeney then complains that one diner stiffed her on a tip, and Fineman says, “Yeah, that’s gonna happen.”

Moments after, “SNL” veteran Kenan Thompson walks into the room with something behind his back.

“Excuse me, I am so sorry; I had to hurry to the bank. “Here’s your tip, new girl,” Thompson, 45, says, dropping a large sum of money on the table.
