Taylor Swift has defended Lady Gaga amid pregnancy suspicions, after photos of her at her sister’s wedding showed a curvy belly in a skintight black dress.

Taylor, 34, responded on Wednesday to Lady Gaga’s TikTok video, in which she denied being pregnant, after Gaga included Taylor’s line in her description.

Gaga, 38, captioned her TikTok video, ‘Not pregnant, just down bad weeping at the gym,’ which is a phrase from Taylor’s song Down Bad from her Tortured Poets Department Anthology.

Taylor responded hours later in the comments section of Gaga’s video: ‘Can we all agree that commenting on a woman’s body is invasive and irresponsible? Gaga owes no one an explanation, nor does any woman.

The term ‘Down dreadful’ is frequently used to express feelings of yearning and despair.

In a TikTok video, she encouraged her 9.3 million fans to “register to vote”.

Gaga took a short video of herself from the chest up while getting her hair and makeup done.

Wearing a nude wig cap and heavy black eyeliner, she lip-synced the famous TikTok audio: ‘I don’t have to find an aesthetic; I am one. I mean, I’m sure someone out there right now is going to Pinterest and typing in all these terms to describe me.

The speculation arose over the weekend, when the Just Dance singer attended her sister’s recent wedding in Maine.

Fans went wild on Monday when Gaga attended her sister Natali Germanotta’s wedding in Maine.

She was joined by her 46-year-old boyfriend, entrepreneur Michael.
