Shakira had her hands full in the best possible way as she took on the role of lead cheerleader, bringing her sons Milan and Sasha to support their football star father in Barcelona, Spain on Saturday.
The 38-year-old singer looked effortlessly stylish in casual attire, her golden wavy hair hidden under a baseball cap. She opted for simple indigo blue jeans, complemented by a charcoal hooded top and a grey leather biker jacket, as she settled into her pitch-side seats to watch FC Barcelona’s Gerard Piqué in action against Real Sociedad.
Shakira appeared to be a lucky charm for Piqué’s team as they secured an impressive 4-0 victory at the Nou Camp. The “Whenever, Wherever” hit-maker flaunted her flawless makeup-free look while cuddling Milan, who turns three in January, and eleven-month-old Sasha.
Her boys sported navy blue coats over their mini football kits and even joined their father, a Spain international, on the pitch before the game began.
Dubbed Spain’s version of Posh and Becks, Shakira and Piqué first met when he appeared in her music video for “Waka Waka,” the official song of the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Their relationship became public in March 2011, with Shakira affectionately referring to Piqué as her “sunshine” in an Instagram post. Despite their ten-year age gap (Shakira being older), the couple shares the same birthday on February 2nd.
Barcelona maintained their top position in La Liga thanks to goals from Neymar (twice), Suarez, and Messi, securing the win against Real Sociedad.
