Shakira confirmed her split from longtime partner Gerard Piqué back in May. However, on Monday, she demonstrated her dedication to family by spending time with her sons Milan, nine, and Sasha, seven, at a beach in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

During the beach outing, the 45-year-old Colombian singer showcased her famous curves in a revealing lavender crop top and shorts ensemble. The pale purple halter bra top, adorned with long strings of beaded fringe, was more suited for lounging than swimming. It accentuated her toned midriff and arms, paired with high-waisted lavender shorts that barely reached her thighs, also featuring fringe detailing.

Shakira appeared to sport a makeup-free look that highlighted her flawless complexion, while her voluminous copper-colored curls shimmered in the setting sun. Accompanied by another woman, she watched over Milan, who wore a white graphic T-shirt with pink patterned swim trunks, and Sasha, who added a splash of color with a blue ‘Stay Wild’ T-shirt and green-and-blue swim shorts.

The singer shares Milan and Sasha with her estranged partner Gerard Piqué, the 35-year-old soccer player. The couple announced their separation in early June after starting their relationship in 2011 and welcoming Milan in 2013, followed by Sasha in 2015. They had moved to Barcelona, Spain, where Piqué currently plays as a centre-back, prior to Milan’s birth.
