Travis Kelce is showing his support for his girlfriend, Taylor Swift — thanks to a fan!

The 34-year-old NFL star went the Cannes Lions Festival in France on Thursday, June 20, to promote his podcast, New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce. His brother and cohost, Jason Kelce, was also in attendance, as was Jason’s wife, Kylie. While roaming around the festival, observant fans noticed Travis wearing a couple of friendship bracelets, which are a symbol of Swift’s popularity.

One of the beaded bracelets said “Cannes” and the other said “Fearless,” the name of Swift’s second album. The “Cannes” bracelet was made for him by a fan who gave it to the Kansas City Chiefs tight end after the panel that he and Jason, 36, participated in.

In addition to featuring his initials and his team colors of red and gold, the jewelry had a special nod to Swift — her initials “T” and “S” side by side.

Cameron Koporc, a 20-year-old admirer, tells PEOPLE that putting up the entire scene was a lot of fun.

“After enjoying him and his brother’s panel at Sport Beach, I was able to pass along the bracelet to Jason, who then passed it along to Travis!” Koporc, who attended the festival as part of a study-abroad program, says. “He was so sweet about it and it was so crazy to see him wear it!”

His brother and co-host, Jason Kelce, was also present, as was Jason’s wife, Kylie. While roaming around the festival, eagle-eyed fans noticed Travis wearing a couple of friendship bracelets, which are a symbol of Swift’s fan base.

One of the beaded bracelets said “Cannes,” while the other read “Fearless,” the title of Swift’s second album. A fan manufactured the “Cannes” bracelet for him and presented it to the Kansas City Chiefs tight end following the panel in which he and Jason, 36, participated.

In addition to his initials and club colours of red and gold, the jewellery included a unique reference to Swift: her initials “T” and “S” side by side.

Travis dressed for summer at the event in a knit button-up with baby blue stripes, white trainers and cream-colored shorts. He also donned a matching blue baseball cap.

His brother Jason, who announced his NFL retirement earlier this year, wore his usual flip-flops, while his wife Kylie, 32, wore a blue button-up dress and brown sandals to the outing.

Travis has become well-known for wearing fan-made friendship bracelets. ESPN posted a video on Instagram showing the NFL star collecting a bracelet from a little fan at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Miami on Sunday, May 5.

“You’re too kind, thank you very much,” he said, adding, “I wish I had one to give him back.”
